4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) across most regions in India.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability. Delays may occur due to external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged products and must be supported by a full unboxing video clearly showing the issue or defect.

  • Food items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or expired upon arrival and proven with the unboxing video.

  • We may offer returns on select products at our discretion. Please refer to the product details page for return eligibility before ordering.

  • Items returned without video evidence or those that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after verification.

6. Cash on Delivery

  • COD is available on most orders but may be limited for certain products or pin codes.

  • You must ensure availability to accept and pay for the product at the time of delivery.
