We have partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s leading eCommerce logistics aggregators. Shiprocket helps us ensure timely and secure delivery of your products, with tracking and care throughout the shipping process.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India.

  • Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur a nominal shipping charge.

⏱ Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • You can expect to receive your order within 10–15 days after placing it.

  • In some cases, delivery might occur faster depending on your location.

⚠️ Possible Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, certain circumstances may cause delays:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions

  • Logistic or technical issues at courier’s end

  • Legal restrictions or emergencies

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once the processing has started, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If cancelled within the allowed period, the refund will be initiated with a 5% deduction as processing charges.

🔄 Returns & Shipping Charges

  • Returns are only accepted if requested within 2 days of delivery, and the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Customers must also record a video while opening the package, which is mandatory for all return requests.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a 5% deduction will apply for processing fees before issuing the refund.
